How you become a marriage counselor?

I want to become a marriage counselor. Being of only 28 y.o. I've already a real life experience, being married for 4 years, separated for 3 nad just recently divorced. My predicament gives me the urge to help other couples in need. For when my marriage was falling apart, there was nobody willing and able to help. If you don't count my mother in law, who was primarily interested in defending my husband's side.
Yes, there are gov run organizations and charities, but they are all too far away for folks living outside of the major cities.
Got some help from the local pastor, but there were limits to what he could do. Also, asking religious institutions for help may be difficult for non-believers...
My idea is to start an online marriage counseling program, that would be accessible to anyone with a computer, from anywhere in the world. It could use volunteers to provide high quality expert advice and mentoring to couples experiencing marriabe problems.
After all, even one cause helped, means a great saving to the society at large, when you consider the social costs of divorces.
